Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to the rules below.

Order Changes and Processing

Orders can be changed within 1 hour of placement or before processing, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been processed or sent out, changes may no longer be possible.

Product Authenticity

All perfumes are either 100 percent original or high quality inspired versions.
The type of product will always be clearly stated before purchase.
If you suspect any issue, contact us immediately with a proper unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all orders.
The video must clearly show:

  • The package before opening
  • The seal
  • The label
  • The perfume bottle

Complaints without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

Scent Selection Responsibility

Please confirm your scent choice before ordering.
We are always happy to recommend or compare scents to help you choose confidently.
Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal scent preference.

Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The perfume is unused
  • The seal is intact
  • The issue is reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
  • A proper unboxing video is provided
Who Covers Delivery Costs

If the mistake is from Perfumes by Vhee, return shipping will be fully covered.
If the issue is due to customer error, such as wrong selection or wrong address, the customer covers all delivery and return fees.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Preparation

Orders are typically prepared within 2 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Fees

Port Harcourt deliveries are FREE, regardless of location within PH.
Nationwide delivery fee is ₦2,000.

Delivery Timeline

Deliveries outside Rivers State usually take 3 to 4 days, depending on the logistics company.

Payment on Delivery

Available only in selected areas within Port Harcourt.
Not available in:

  • Adoni
  • Bonny
  • Etche
  • Ogoni
  • Bori
  • Ahoada
  • Most villages

Please confirm eligibility before ordering.

Lost Packages

In the rare case of a package being lost in transit, Perfumes by Vhee will bear the full cost.

Damaged Packaging Policy

Perfumes by Vhee

If the outer box is damaged but the perfume bottle is intact, you may choose to keep the item.
If you want a replacement due to damaged packaging, arrangements can be made.
If damage is caused by the logistics company, delivery costs for replacement will be handled by us, based on location and courier terms.

Freebies Policy

Perfumes by Vhee

Freebies are included on all orders.
Freebies are complimentary and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
